Problem : Menu in Visual Studio 2013 get duplicated.
Solution : Run devenv.exe /resetuserdata in command line.
Which normally exist here C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE
Lessen : Every IDE has it own problem tho
PS: I'm now become 100% cross-platform native programmer LOL
